Terms of Service

Agreement to Terms
When you hire RiseTrack Bellflower Concrete for concrete services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before we start working together. If you have questions about anything here, just give us a call at (562) 353-1897 and we will explain it in plain English.
These terms cover the work we do, payment expectations, and what happens if something goes wrong. We keep things straightforward so everyone knows what to expect.
Services We Provide
We specialize in residential and commercial concrete work throughout Bellflower, CA and surrounding areas. This includes driveways, patios, sidewalks, foundations, slabs, stamped concrete, repairs, and retaining walls.
Before we start any project, we provide a detailed written quote. This quote outlines the scope of work, materials we will use, timeline, and total cost. Once you approve the quote, that becomes our agreement for the project.
Quotes and Pricing
All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date we provide them. Material costs and labor rates can change, so we recommend scheduling your project within that window to lock in your price.
If you request changes to the original scope after we start work, we will provide a revised quote for the additional work. We do not surprise you with extra charges. Any changes get discussed and approved before we proceed.
Payment Terms
We typically require a deposit before starting work. The deposit amount varies based on project size but usually ranges from 25% to 50% of the total cost. This covers materials and secures your spot on our schedule.
Final payment is due when the project is complete and you have inspected the work. We accept cash, check, and credit cards. If you have concerns about the finished work, let us know right away so we can address them.
Late payments may be subject to interest charges of 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by California law, whichever is less.
Project Timeline
We provide estimated start and completion dates when you book your project. These dates depend on weather, material availability, and permit approval times. We do our best to stick to the schedule, but sometimes delays happen.
If we run into unexpected delays, we will keep you informed and work to get back on track as quickly as possible. You can always call us for updates on your project status.
Permits and Regulations
Many concrete projects require permits from the city or county. We help you understand what permits you need and can assist with the application process. However, you are ultimately responsible for obtaining the necessary permits before we start work.
All work is performed according to local building codes and regulations. If inspectors require changes or corrections, we will work with you to resolve any issues.
Property Access and Preparation
You agree to provide clear access to the work area and ensure that utilities are marked before we start. We recommend calling 811 (DigAlert) at least two business days before your scheduled start date to have underground utilities marked.
You are responsible for moving vehicles, furniture, plants, and other items from the work area. If we need to move items, additional charges may apply.
Warranty and Guarantees
We stand behind our work with a warranty against defects in workmanship. The specific warranty period depends on the type of work performed and will be outlined in your project quote.
Our warranty does not cover damage from improper use, natural disasters, settling, tree roots, or other factors outside our control. It also does not cover normal wear and tear or cosmetic issues like minor surface cracks that do not affect structural integrity.
If you believe you have a warranty issue, contact us right away. We will come out to inspect the problem and determine the best solution.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled start date will receive a full refund of any deposit, minus a $100 administrative fee.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the start date may forfeit part or all of the deposit, depending on whether we have already ordered materials or turned down other work to accommodate your schedule.
Limitation of Liability
We carry liability insurance to protect you and your property during our work. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden conditions discovered during work, or damage caused by factors outside our control.
Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Dispute Resolution
If you have a problem with our work or our service, we want to hear about it. Most issues can be resolved with a simple conversation. Call us at (562) 353-1897 and let us know what is wrong.
If we cannot resolve a dispute through direct communication, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action. Any legal disputes will be handled in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on our website with a new "last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the new terms.
